AI-SDLC
Native iOS, accessibility, and an AI path from a test case to a pull request.
I build native iOS, macOS, and SDKs. Lately that has meant accessibility checks, and an AI-SDLC that takes a QA test case to a merged pull request.
Evinced
I build the checks that catch keyboard and missing-label problems, and I fixed Flutter accessibility in the engine so a cross-platform release could ship.
The team was not using AI tooling, so a screen still took days to go from a test case to a pull request. I ran an 8-week rollout: Cursor rules, AGENTS.md, skills, and a short path from spec to plan to review.
A QA test case now reaches a merged pull request in about 15 minutes, down from two to four days. The iOS team uses it every day, up from none. About 75 hours saved each week.
Where the controls sit
- Before generation. Context and the specification.
- After generation. Tests and a separate review.
- Before merge. A person approves the change.
